PLEASE READ THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY HAVE CHANGED SINCE YOUR LAST VISIT TO THIS SITE. BY USING THIS SITE, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

www.textureplus.com is a secure web site of Texture Plus®. Charges for transactions will appear on your credit card or bank statement under the name of Texture Plus®.

ORDERS

Our terms are 100% with your order. Credit card will be charged at time of placing order over the internet or by phone. No returns or cancellation are accepted on orders once the order is in production or placed by phone after 24 hours. Where no dispute was made within 24 hours of your order, your acceptance of the terms and conditions is assumed. All orders must be paid in full. Payment information and authorization must be included with your order. Orders will not be shipped until payment and a completed confirmation is received.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

When order is placed, you can print out an order confirmation. If we do not receive a dispute via e-mail within 24 hours after you placed the order with www.textureplus.com, you agree to accept the terms and conditions as stated in terms on our site: www.textureplus.com. If you do not have an e-mail address to receive confirmation, the terms and conditions are posted on our website under terms and conditions.

TERMS

All accounts are prepaid only.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You must enter or provide us with the name as it appears on your credit card, expiration date, billing address and the security code.

SHIPPING/FREIGHT /HANDLING CHARGES

We currently offer FedEx shipping or common carrier for larger orders. Please email for shipping quote. A handling charge will apply to all orders.

SHIPPING POLICY

All shipments will be carefully inspected and packed before leaving the warehouse. They will be shipped the best carrier possible (FedEx, common carrier, etc). Responsibility for its safe delivery is assumed by the carrier at the time of pickup. Please unpack carefully. Keep original packing if there is damage and report any damages to the carrier immediately. Our responsibility for the condition of the goods ends when the carrier accepts them. It is your responsibility to file a claim for damaged merchandise. We cannot file claims, we can only verify.

ADDRESS REPRESENTATION

If customer misrepresents the delivery address as a business address and it is, in fact, a home business in a residential area, all residential charges made by trucking/delivery company will be the responsibility of the buyer/customer and back charged to your credit card or reflect in your invoice. Any address correction done by FedEx or any other carrier due to misrepresentation on order form by the customer will reflect in a back charge and customer will be invoiced.

RETURN POLICY

All items except custom and special ordered products (fire-rated Texture Plus®) can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Goods are to be returned only after RMA  (Return Merchandise Authorization) has been issued. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for returning the item in the original packaging and in sellable condition. All returns must include the original factory box, original factory packaging (plastic, wrappings, etc) along with a copy of your invoice. Any product returned and not properly packaged which is damaged due to improper packaging will be subject to additional charges required to bring the product back to sellable condition. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. Please properly package and insure the item so a claim can be filed with the carrier if damage occurs during return shipment. Claims cannot be filed on items not properly and securely packaged. All returns must be authorized by us and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be issued. No credit is given on merchandise returned without authorization. The 30-day time frame begins when you receive your order. Returns shipped beyond the 30-day time frame will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender at their expense. Returns are only allowed for merchandise purchased from Texture Plus. Some products listed and ordered from www.textureplus.com can be returned, however, there is a 10% restocking charge.

NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS on following items:

Any custom orders or special orders (fire rated Texture Plus®) are non-returnable. NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS.

CREDITS

Credit will be issued to credit card/method of payment supplied at the time of purchase. Time to issue credit will be 4-6 weeks from date of receiving the returned merchandise as per conditions stated in RETURNS.

MISSING PARTS OR HIDDEN DAMAGE

Upon acceptance of your shipment, you have 24 hours in which to notify Texture Plus® of any missing parts or hidden damage. If you do not notify Texture Plus® within this time frame, any future claim for said parts will be null and void. After 24 hours any parts that have to be sent out to repair merchandise, will have to be paid by the customer. We strongly recommend that you examine your order in full upon time of delivery and notify us immediately before accepting delivery if you find damaged or missing parts.

When product is received damaged, please FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1) Notify shipping company

2) Call or email Texture Plus® with invoice number and damage that occurred

3) Send picture of damage (box, product, etc)

4) You will then receive instruction by email as to how your claim will be resolved. All claims must be supported with pictures of broken/damaged part, invoice number and name of purchaser. No claim will be handled/accepted if no documentation is provided. In some instances, we need to have the damaged goods sent back to us in order to send you a replacement. See returns.

REFUSED MERCHANDISE

Refused merchandise without receiving an RMA # from a Texture Plus® Representative, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

PRIVACY INFORMATION

Information collected from our Web server is anonymous. It allows us to see which areas of www.textureplus.com are most popular. This helps us to improve the quality of your online shopping experience by recognizing and delivering more products and services you prefer. www.textureplus.com will not sell or release your email address to any other parties. We ask for your email address and phone number so that we may confirm and keep you informed of your order’s progress. We do not use our customer information as a commodity for sale or trade to third parties.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Texture Plus® shall be held harmless from any and all claims by the buyer as a result of injury, damage or wrongful installation to an ultimate user or other person caused by the product sold herein by the seller to the buyer, whether the injury or damage results from the assembly, installation, operation, shipment, storage or manufacture of this product.
